Consideration was given to the recommendations of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee at its meeting on 10 January 2012 arising from the review of the local air quality management regime.
The Cabinet resolved that:
The conclusions and recommendations arising from the review of the local air quality management regime, as set out in the report, be endorsed.
Reasons: As set out in the reports of the Chief Executive to Cabinet and Director of Health and Housing to Overview and Scrutiny Committee of 10 January 2012.
